Maiden last night was cruising with a full main, A2 and moon tunes! It was great to listen to music while sailing along in the early hours of the morning. It was great seeing everyone handle the night sailing with confidence, but still with caution: showing great seawomenship. How far we have come.

I’m just downloading the weather now to get the best path up to the Bahamas. 2304nm in a straight line, which we will never do, but we are working hard to make that line as straight as possible! The weather is changing every day so great to observe and record what we get. To our right, at 9 o'clock, we now have Natal, Brazil some 1478nm away. Behind us, at 6 o'clock, we have Nouakchott just north of Senegal at 1060nm. At 3 o'clock we have Greenland at 2439nm, and on our bow we have the Dominican Republic at 1908nm.

Amalia's delicious paella!
One happy Lucy

The water temp is 24° - it might be shower time tomorrow 😜
