All of our payments are received by our payment service provider stripe.com via their secure gateway. When you make your payment you are not paying any money to us or to our bank, but to the PSP Stripe.

When you make any payment it is clearly marked as from you via your email address and you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us that you have made a payment. We will receive a handshake back from our PSP saying that your payment was made and we record this as a donation.

We, however, do not receive any of your payment card details and we never will, so in summary we only hold a record that you have made a payment but no specific details as to how you paid.

When you make a payment or a donation it is to the maiden factor foundation. We disburse monies to our charities equally and we do so without your details. If you wish to be a listed maiden factor donor then please just ensure you tick the box for this and please remember to say if you are a resident in the UK or a UK tax payer. This enables your donation to be eligible for gift aid [more money to the charity].
